Distributed systems at scale: reliability, concurrency, and operation under real load. This is where the sense for what "production-ready" actually means was formed.

Building and running a SaaS company for the power market — a B2B white-label platform and the consumer brand LUOX Energy. Domain depth in a regulated market combined with entrepreneurial responsibility for product, technology, and business.

Agentic architecture as a craft: designing processes that act on their own yet remain controllable — bringing the two previous stations together.
Why me
